Institutional Arbitration at GIAMC

GIAMC administers arbitration proceedings under its own Arbitration Rules, which reflect contemporary best practices in international arbitration. The Rules provide a flexible yet structured framework that ensures procedural efficiency, neutrality, and enforceability of awards.

Scope of Services

GIAMC administers both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations across sectors including infrastructure, energy, maritime, finance, intellectual property, and technology etc.

Model Arbitration Clause

“Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Goa International Arbitration and Mediation Council (GIAMC) in accordance with the GIAMC Arbitration Rules in force at the time of the reference.”
