Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for academic and non-academic hiring at university level. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, stakeholder coordination, interview management, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for faculty and staff hiring
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels
- Screen profiles and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Manage offer rollout and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers
- Build talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Work on bulk and strategic hiring requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification and experience of 2-7 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience in university, education, or corporate hiring preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn hiring
- Good stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
