Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for academic and non-academic hiring at university level. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, stakeholder coordination, interview management, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for faculty and staff hiring
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels
  • Screen profiles and schedule interviews with stakeholders
  • Manage offer rollout and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers
  • Build talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
  • Work on bulk and strategic hiring requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification and experience of 2-7 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience in university, education, or corporate hiring preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn hiring
  • Good stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
