GIAMC maintains a diverse panel comprising eminent arbitrators and mediators from India and abroad. Each member of the panel possesses significant experience in dispute resolution and subject-matter expertise across industries.

Appointments may be made from the GIAMC Panel or, if the parties agree, from outside the Panel.

GIAMC invites applications from suitably qualified professionals with expertise in arbitration, mediation, and related fields. Selection is based on demonstrated competence, professional standing, and adherence to GIAMC’s Code of Ethics for Neutrals.
